Grassies Email Newsletter
The Grassies now has a newsletter. At least once a month, but no more than once a week, we'll send out news about events, shoutouts to local artists, and special deals from friends of the Grassies, available only on this list. Sign up for it!
If you've got news (an upcoming gig, change in your band's lineup, won an award/contest/whatever) let us know so we can include it in our upcoming newsletters.
Joshua Harkins Update
An article in The Union tells us that Joshua is awake and talking. Great news indeed. A previous benefit has already helped, but there are still enormous expenses left to cover, so be sure and join us at A Jam 4 Joshua.

We Don't Think it's the Water
Chris Macias, Sacramento Bee Pop Music Critic says "Maybe there's something in the water in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area."
We don't think it's the water, but there's definitely something going on in the Music Capital of Northern California. Scroll down Macias' recent writings and note how many of his excellent choices are from the area starting in Roseville and heading northeast.
